Conor has taken some time off and headed to South America. I am happy he is doing this because I know it is a realization of a dream for him. But it scares the bejeezus out of me because he is now absolutely beyond the reach of my sphere of influence. Even though we have been separated geographically for almost 5 years (5 years!) this is, for me, the last cut.
